Pat Collopy

Pat Collopy is a dedicated Managing Director at PwC's audit practice, specializing in the fast-growing technology sector and middle market companies, both public and private, with over 25 years of public accounting experience in various PwC offices.

In her role, Pat is involved in planning and managing financial audits, overseeing professional staff, suggesting enhancements to client systems, and maintaining key client relationships locally and internationally.

She excels in evaluating intricate accounting matters such as revenue recognition, share-based compensation, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as SEC accounting and reporting issues.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History, Cum Laude from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Her professional journey includes positions as a Senior and Senior Manager at PwC before assuming the pivotal role of Managing Director in the Assurance Practice.
