Pascal Levy-Garboua: Founder and CEO of Noosa Labs
Pascal Levy-Garboua is the founder and CEO of Noosa Labs, a company that acquires and scales small profitable SaaS businesses.13 He has over two decades of experience in the tech industry, having co-founded multiple companies including chatbot software leader VirtuOz (acquired by Nuance), SixDoors (failed), and Ottho, a profitable online education company.1
Prior to founding Noosa Labs, Pascal was the first executive hired at Checkr, a Silicon Valley "unicorn", where he led marketing and business development from 9 to 400 employees.1 He is also an angel investor in 120 startups with a combined market cap north of $30B and a venture partner at Long Journey Ventures.15
Pascal bought his first business in the Summer of 2021 to learn, and then became a serial SaaS business buyer.2 Out of the 5 companies he's acquired since then, he still operates three, has sold one, and shut down another.2 He advocates for meticulous preparation, understanding seller motivations, and the strategic use of financing options when acquiring businesses.2
