Pascal Hostachy, with over 15 years of experience in IT development, co-founded WOONOZ in 2005. The company created the Memorable Anchoring Engine®, a SaaS/mobile solution that enables businesses to effectively and personally train their teams on key knowledge and good practices in strategic skills like security, compliance, customer service, quality, and sales pitch.
Under WOONOZ, Hostachy initiated the Projet Voltaire, a digital coaching platform for improving spelling, grammar, and expression skills, now utilized by over 5 million individuals, including 1,200 companies and 4,000 schools spanning from primary to higher education. Additionally, the team introduced the Voltaire Certificate, the world's first certification on mastering written language skills, taken by 240,000 individuals in 1,800 authorized examination centers.
Furthermore, the establishment of the Voltaire Foundation aims to implement spelling and expression training and certification solutions in underserved populations where funding is a challenge, such as correctional facilities, refugee camps, individuals with disabilities, and hospitalized patients.
Hostachy's educational background includes a DEUG in Modern Literature from the University of Lyon, a Maîtrise in Administration and Management of IT/Information Technologies from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts, and a DUT in Administration and Management of IT/Information Technologies from IUT Lyon 1.
Professionally, Hostachy serves as the President of the Voltaire Foundation and is a co-founder of Projet Voltaire and Woonoz at Fondation Voltaire. Previously, he held roles as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Time for the Planet, Project Manager at Projet Voltaire, co-founder of Woonoz, and R&D Manager at Ortems.
