Parul Agrawal is a seasoned product management professional with a robust background in financial technology and information services. She holds a certification in SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), plus Pragmatic Marketing Certified- Level Six (PMC-VI) product management professional. With over 9 years of experience, she is skilled in defining product plans, business and functional requirements, and developing software using Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.

Parul's technical expertise includes mobile and web product development for P2P Payments, ACH, card payments, small business, risk management, and analytics. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, customer support, quality assurance, technical documentation, and program management.

Parul's experience covering the entire product life cycle has helped her lead product teams and deliver innovative solutions to major US institutions. Her specialities include product strategy and roadmap development, SaaS product launches, competitive intelligence and collateral development, Pricing and P&L, product portfolio prioritization, product adoption and revenue growth strategies, and responsive web design.
