Parmilla Gnanasekaran is a passionate Fintech UX/UI leader with over 23 years of experience in the field.

Currently leading UX/UI design initiatives in Fintech for the Structured Investment Team, focusing on optimizing functionality and aligning design strategies with user needs and business objectives.

Game design expertise includes leading the creative team at 'Crosswords With Friends' studio, designing social games and apps, resulting in the success of 'Crosswords With Friends' app, recognized on NBC's Today's Show and People magazine.

Served as PuzzleSocial's Design Director, overseeing the development of high-quality work for social games, CRM graphics, apps, and ad units, notably managing the UI for the world's #1 daily crossword puzzle, Daily Celebrity Crossword.

Previous roles include Senior Graphic Designer positions at BraveNewMedia and The New Straits Times, as well as Asst. Production Manager at Planet Films, contributing to commercials for known brands like Chevrolet and Sony Discman.

An award-winning designer, Parmilla has been recognized for delivering high-quality design work and was nominated for the Best Album Cover Design at the 2004 Malaysian Music Industry Awards.

Education background includes studies in Graphic Design at various prestigious universities such as Curtin University, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Nottingham Trent University, and Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.

Former positions held include Vice President, User Experience at iCapital, UX Lead at SIMON Markets LLC, Design Director UI/UX at Zynga, and Founder of PG Designs.
