Parker Dail is the Founder and CEO of The Root Cause (TRC), a community health organization dedicated to addressing chronic diseases by focusing on Social Determinants of Health and disease prevention in underserved communities.

TRC utilizes a unique high touch - high tech community-based approach, leveraging locally trained caregivers to provide personalized care from initial screening to follow-up visits, meeting individuals where they are and offering tailored solutions.

With a global reach, TRC has positively impacted numerous individuals in countries like India, Kenya, and the U.S.

Parker Dail's educational background includes studies at Samford University and a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, showcasing a diverse academic foundation that complements his work in community health.

Prior to founding TRC, Parker Dail held significant roles such as Catalyst at Stand Together Foundation, Fellow at Praxis, VP Sales at Corporate Health Strategies, and Sales & Marketing at J. Arthur Dail, demonstrating a well-rounded professional experience in diverse sectors including health, marketing, and sales.
