Paris Holley

Paris Holley is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of MANTIS Ad Network, a position he has held since January 2014. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, he has a strong background in technology and entrepreneurship, having started his first business at the age of 12.

At MANTIS Ad Network, Holley has been instrumental in developing a robust automated digital advertising platform that has generated millions in annual revenue with a small team. His technical expertise includes orchestrating multi-cloud migrations, creating full-stack web applications, and establishing low-latency data warehouses. He has also significantly reduced infrastructure costs by migrating systems from Amazon Web Services to more efficient cloud-native technologies, and he has improved application performance by transitioning legacy applications to Rust, achieving a 90% reduction in cloud compute resources.1

Before founding MANTIS, Holley served as the Chief Technology Officer at P2 and worked as a growth consultant for TourBuzz, where he focused on software infrastructure and revenue generation strategies. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Kaplan University.1
