Parijat Sarkar is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the SVP and Head of Engineering at Zenefits. With over five years of experience at the company, Sarkar has been instrumental in driving Zenefits towards success. Under his leadership, the company's revolutionary HR, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits platform has managed to level the playing field for SMBs, which represents 99.7% of businesses in America. Sarkar's expertise ranges from core product development to infrastructure and information security to IT. He also oversees product-led growth and leads the self-serve go-to-market strategy for smaller businesses.
