He holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from both the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zim and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Additionally, he pursued an MBA in General Management and Finance at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Throughout his career, Papa has held key leadership positions including Executive Director at Black Eagle Capital, Managing Director at Nedbank Lesotho, and various roles at Nedbank such as Executive Head of Strategy, Strategic Projects, Marketing and Communications.

His areas of expertise include Transaction Advisory, Business Turnaround, Strategy Consulting, Marketing and Communication, Financial and Management reporting, Investment Appraisal, and Financial Statement Interpretation Training.
