He has held various leadership positions such as CFO, Head of Finance, Sales Operations, FP&A, and Consultant where he demonstrated exceptional skills in Sales, Business, and problem-solving. With a proven track record of overachieving sales targets, Paolo has always distinguished himself with his unique approach and the ability to deliver business results. His areas of expertise include planning, analysis, budgeting, enterprise sales, accounting, audit, license compliance, complex deals, large accounts, resellers, indirect sales, and channel, subscription, and SAAS.

During his tenure with Adobe, Paolo held various roles such as CFO - Head of EMEA Finance, FP&A & Sales Operations, CFO-HOFA- Sales Operations (Italy, Iberica, Middle East, and Africa) and Finance Controller, Italy (FP&A, Accounting, Facilities, Security, Sales Ops, HR and IT).
