Paolo Mottadelli is an accomplished Engineering leader with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and engineering. He is dedicated to creating customer value through services and currently spearheads the Core Cloud Infrastructure of Adobe Experience Manager. Paolo is proficient in managing globally distributed teams and has a keen interest in the Developer Ecosystem. With a history of success in sports, he was a 6-time Italian Decathlon Champion and a member of the Italian Bobsleigh Olympic Team. Paolo is also actively engaged with customers and is a Committer at the Apache Software Foundation. He pursued his education at Politecnico di Milano and has held various key positions at Adobe, ranging from Director of Engineering to Technical Marketing Manager. Additionally, he has been associated with organizations like Sourcesense, Pro-netics SpA, and the Italian Athletics Federation in different capacities.
