Paolo Mainardi

Paolo Mainardi is a dedicated individual who is deeply passionate about his work and thrives on tackling new and challenging problems with innovative solutions.

Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sparkfabrik, Paolo is responsible for leading development projects to excellence by embracing agile methodologies, 12factor principles, and extreme programming techniques.

Additionally, Paolo oversees the Cloud Native business unit at Sparkfabrik, where he spearheads initiatives involving Docker and Kubernetes training, practical labs, and cloud product development.

His academic background includes studying at Università degli Studi di Bologna, completing a Turkish language course at Tömer, and pursuing higher education in Electronics and Telecommunications at Istituto Tecnico 'Crocetti-Cerulli' in Giulianova.

Paolo has held key roles in various organizations, including being the CTO at SparkFabrik, Vice President and Co-founder at ILDN, a teaching position at php-school, a Senior Analyst Programmer at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre, a Senior Drupal Developer at MIKAMAI, and the CTO and Founder of Twinbit.
