Paola Louzada

Paola Louzada is a professional with a diverse educational background in Environmental Studies and Geography Major as well as Environmental Management, having studied at Bishop's University, Universidade de São Paulo, and UniSanta.

Paola has gained extensive experience in product management and customer success roles, with a focus on environmental sustainability and quality assurance.

She currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at Hootsuite and has previously held positions including Product Manager, Product Owner, and Team Lead in Customer Success at the same company.

Prior to her roles at Hootsuite, Paola worked in various capacities at Vivonet, including Customer Satisfaction Coordinator, and also gained experience as a Promotional Assistant at Centennial Theatre.

Paola's early career involved valuable internships in environmental management and consulting, where she interned at the Environmental Ministry of the City of Sao Paulo, focusing on planning, recovery, and sustainable environmental practices.
