Pankaj Naik is an IT professional with over 15 years of techno-functional experience in technologies, RPA solutions, automation, software development, payment systems, banking solutions, and the dairy domain.

He has more than 5 years of diversified experience in RPA solutions and automation technologies, being certified in Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Pankaj has worked on multiple RPA projects using Blue Prism and UiPath.

With over a decade of rich software development expertise, Pankaj has handled business process analysis, feasibility analysis, product life cycle, technical implementations using Microsoft and Oracle technologies, and ongoing support and maintenance.

He possesses over 4 years of project management experience, having led teams of up to 15 members, built, managed, and mentored teams, and demonstrated leadership in project delivery.

Pankaj also has experience in testing and end-to-end test automation of large applications. He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, and excelled in 12th-grade studies with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from M P Board Bhopal.
