Pankaj Kothari

Pankaj Kothari is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. After completing an Msc in Information Technology from Sikkem Manipal University and a B.com in Commerce from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, he began his career as a Customer Support Engineer at ITC Limited. He later worked his way up to becoming an Information Technology Team Lead at the same company before moving on to roles such as Jr. IT Executive at ITC Limited - Hotels Division, The Grand Central, Mumbai, Assistant Manager IT at Westin Hotels & Resorts, and IT Manager at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park - India. Most recently, he served as Information Technology Manager at W Goa and is now the Corporate IT Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts.

Throughout his career, Pankaj has gained considerable expertise in IT management and support in the hospitality industry, where he has been responsible for overseeing entire IT systems for various hotels and resorts. He has a proven track record of successfully executing projects and managing multiple teams while consistently achieving and exceeding customer expectations.
