Panco Cheong is a seasoned professional with 21 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in IT system solution design and a strong willingness to learn about the latest technologies.

Throughout his career, Panco has held various significant roles, starting as a network administrator assistant at Aeon Technology Australia and progressing to becoming a programmer at the Bank of China Macau Branch, where he was involved in designing, developing, and supporting core mainframe applications, web applications, databases, data warehouse, and business intelligence tools.

He then transitioned to Wynn Macau as a Business Analyst, overseeing IT projects for its opening, before moving on to lead the systems support team as a team leader. With a wealth of experience, Panco rejoined Bank of China as a Senior Product Manager of electronic banking, where he spearheaded innovations in e-channels and online banking services.

Returning to Wynn Macau as the Database Administrator, Panco managed all databases and integration layers, eventually taking on the role of solutions architect to design comprehensive system solutions. Subsequently, he assumed the position of IT Executive Director, overseeing various teams such as Innovation, Development, Database Operations, Enterprise Information Management, and Architects, each responsible for different aspects of IT operations.

Panco Cheong holds certifications including PMP 5, Scrum Master I, AutomationAnywhere A2019, PowerBI 2020, and Oracle database 10g OCP, indicating his diverse skill set and expertise in the field of Information Technology.

He pursued his education in Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineer with a focus on Computer Systems at Curtin University, further strengthening his foundation in the IT domain.
