Panagiotis Karampinis is the Managing Director of Endeavor in Greece, a position he has held since 2018. He has a significant background in entrepreneurship and community building within the food and beverage sector, having previously managed the Global F&B Community for Endeavor from 2016 to 2018. In this role, he was responsible for creating a global network of entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry, facilitating mentoring opportunities and collaboration among over 80 entrepreneurs across 30 countries.

Karampinis began his journey with Endeavor in 2012, focusing on the selection and growth of entrepreneurs in Greece, particularly in sectors such as retail, consumer packaged goods (CPGs), food and beverage, manufacturing, and finance. His efforts have been pivotal in identifying and nurturing high-potential candidates for the Endeavor network.

In addition to his work at Endeavor, he co-founded TEDxKalamata, aiming to foster cultural development in the local area by leveraging its unique historical assets. He has also held various roles in AIESEC, including Corporate Engagement Manager and member of the Global Support Team.

Karampinis is multilingual, fluent in Greek and English, with elementary proficiency in French, and he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Piraeus.1
