Change Management Lead and HRBP

•	Implementing strategic change plan for iOps.
•	Delivering communications change plan.
•	Coordinating workshops across the functions.
•	Leads, drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of 
         support and coaching for functional teams
•	Review progress on customer operations pillars and drive engagement connects.
•	Ensure Global network change/communication contact are implemented.

•	Implements relevant facets of strategy (e.g., change maturity assessment, future fitting iOps and 
        operational effectiveness) with CD, SC, and Customer Operations.

Change Management Lead

•	Policy guidance and administration: Advise on appropriate policy implementation for any 
        employee need, HR policies & related queries, review forum feedback and Update Policy and 
        Processes where necessary
•	Knowledge management: Writing knowledge articles, Support Artificial Intelligence learning by 
  updating the cloud-based platform with knowledge articles and updates.
•	Pay/Benefits: Resolve employee pay and benefits queries/grievances, Single point of contact for 
        Payroll queries
•	Recruitment and On-boarding: take care of all transactional issues in recruitment, coordinating 
        schedules with stakeholders and enabling on-boarding completion. Induction and onboarding 
        activities 
•	Initiate employee movements within the Customer Development function (e.g. Transfers, 
         promotions etc)
•	Guide employee and LM through exit process to enable smooth implementation

 Support the implementation of the HR Operating Model through the application of HR Operations principles and practices

•	Understands the HR Operations Service Delivery Model and associated Operating Level 
        Agreements and effectively coordinates to the agreed upon levels of service
