Pamela Sisson

Pamela Sisson is a lawyer with a strong business and scientific background, specializing in partnering with research and development, business development, venture capital, finance, and commercial teams.

Her expertise lies in negotiating transactions, collaborations, and dispute resolutions; providing legal support for venture capital investments; advising on corporate governance, laws and regulations, compliance, and risk management; drafting contracts and agreements; and developing IP strategies.

She has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
