    Pamela Pape-Lindstrom is a dedicated STEM Dean with a passion for driving organizational change in STEM education using systems-thinking approaches. She is also actively involved in PULSE, focusing on initiatives to revolutionize STEM education with a vision to empower individuals to apply scientific knowledge in addressing real-world problems.

    Pamela's academic journey includes achieving a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marine Ecology and Invertebrate Zoology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology with minors in Marine Science and Chemistry from the University of Miami.

    With a rich professional background, Pamela has served as the Dean of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics at Harford Community College. She has also held positions as a PULSE Fellow at the Partnership for Undergraduate Life Science Education, a participant at the 2015 PKAL Summer Leadership Institute for STEM Faculty, and as faculty and Department Co-Chair at Everett Community College.
