Pamela Hillman (fka Strisofsky)

Pamela Hillman is a highly experienced business operator, investment advisor, and trustee with over 30 years of experience. She holds a degree in Finance and International Business from The Ohio State University, and she is a certified public accountant and an investment adviser.

During her tenure as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of TL Ventures, Pam assisted in the raising of more than $1.2 billion in capital and oversaw the investment of over $1.3 billion, which generated returns of over $1.5 billion for its investors. Her experience extends to private equity structures, finance, accounting, and regulations, where she has served as an expert witness in various legal disputes.

Pam serves as an advisor to Guardian Capital Partners and is an emeritus board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, an organization she helped found. Additionally, she serves on the board and finance committee of Philadelphia Health Partnership.

Her extensive professional experience and expertise lie in investment advising, private equity, finance, accounting, executive advising, and serving on boards of directors.
