Pamela Gupta
Pamela Gupta is a cybersecurity strategist and thought leader with a passion for anticipating and addressing current and emerging risks. She studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Bridgeport, where she obtained a master's degree in psychology and computer engineering. As the Head of Trusted AI at AIEthics.World and the former NIST Smart Security Privacy Group Co-Chair at GCTC SC3 Smart Cities - CPAC, Pamela has helped global organizations navigate uncharted territories in AI, IoT, and other emerging technologies. She is a trusted partner in cybersecurity strategy for sustainable innovation, compliance, and risk mitigation. Pamela has also taught as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University and served as a cybersecurity consultant at Emerging Risk LLC, vCISO at CloudInsyte Inc., and Smart Cities & IoT Security Advisor at NIST cybersecurity/privacy committee of GCTC, among other roles.
Pamela's most significant contribution to the industry has been her creation of a model for building Security, Privacy, Integrity, and Transparency, AI SPIT ©, into AI systems. She founded OutSecure to create strategic Security Programs for clients that help them anticipate and address risks effectively, a critical business resilience factor in today's digitally transformed world, and she advocates for these programs tirelessly. Ms. Gupta is also a former member of the IoT Security Foundation, the ISC2 CT Chapter's founder and board member, the Ellevate Network's executive council member, and the Northeast Annual Cybersecurity Summit's chair and founder.
