    Pamela Foster is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in nursing, focusing on emergency medicine, triage, and first responder excellence.

    With more than 30 years as a medical educator, Pamela has a specific interest in emergency treatment and crises of pediatric patients.

    Transitioning her expertise to the public domain, Pamela is dedicated to making a positive impact on the community through Public Access Defibrillation Programs (PAD).

    In 2004, she founded the AED Institute of America, Inc., with a mission to educate the public and advocate for the use of defibrillators in public spaces.

    Pamela has facilitated the placement of AEDs across a wide geographic range, from Alaska to the East Cape of Mexico and from Hawaii to Florida, establishing over 1,000 PAD Programs primarily in Hawaii.

    As the president and founder of AED Institute of America, Inc., Pamela takes pride in her role in empowering others to save lives.
