Pam Sadhar is a certified program manager with a wealth of experience managing projects in the technology industry, working for companies such as Verizon, IBM, and CA Technologies. Throughout her career, Pam has demonstrated a passion for creative problem-solving and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes. Her areas of expertise include project management, product lifecycle management, Scrum Master, Agile Methodology, Quality Assurance, discovery analysis, strategic planning, business analysis, stakeholder relationship management, and technical sales enablement.

Pam holds several professional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, ScrumMaster certification, ITIL v3 certification, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and CMM Level II Auditor. She has completed various education programs, including a Certification in Project Management at PMI Class, a Certification at SPL Seminar, a Graduate Certification at New York University, a BS at New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Management Information Systems at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.

Currently, Pam works as a ServiceNow Team Manager at Tech Mahindra, where she leads a team of professionals charged with the configuration and delivery of ServiceNow projects. Before joining Tech Mahindra, Pam worked as a Technical Program Manager – ServiceNow at Rackspace, Technology Project Manager - Service Management at Datapipe, and Management Consultant at North Highland.
