Pam Hutson is an experienced legal professional with 40 years of practice, specializing in advising on legal, documentation, and regulatory aspects of derivatives and foreign exchange within the banking sector.
Throughout her career, Pam has served in various in-house counsel roles at major banks in the U.S. and Holland, managing teams and providing legal risk management, counseling, and team support within organizations.
She has actively contributed to the legal and financial industry by moderating panels and speaking on derivatives topics, participating in industry working groups, and being a member of the Financial Markets Lawyers Group sponsored by the New York Fed.
Pam is currently involved in the University of North Carolina School of Law Center for Banking and Finance as part of the Advisory Board and also serves on the Board of Planned Parenthood Votes! South Atlantic.
In addition to her legal expertise, Pam enjoys activities like hiking, cooking, skiing, and traveling with her husband, Eric Linne, in Charlotte, NC, and Asheville, NC.
She holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a B.A. in French from Indiana University Bloomington.
