Pam Fuhrmann

Dr. Pamela Fuhrmann is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the field of conscious leadership. She is the Co-Founder of The Conscious Leadership Institute, where she empowers leaders to be purpose-centered amidst complexity and change. Her work focuses on developing greater awareness of inner states and personal assumptions to drive inspired action. Pamela holds a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology & Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Master's in Educational Psychology from Indiana University. She is also a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation with specialized training in organizational and leadership coaching from Fielding Graduate University. Her expertise extends to working with renowned organizations like Aditya Birla Group, ExxonMobil, and Philips Lighting, among others. Pamela actively contributes to envisioning the future of leadership through various academic and grassroots initiatives, including a role as a former Board Member of San Francisco's Bay Area Conscious Capitalism Chapter.
