Paloma Baytelman is a seasoned public innovation professional with a decade-long career in various multidisciplinary and cross-sector teams, designing, evaluating, and implementing complex projects for government agencies and international development organizations. She is a strategic thinker with a focus on leveraging digital transformation trends and data-driven solutions to address public sector challenges and enhance the regional digital government agenda. Paloma has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications and a Master of Arts in Communication from New York University. She also studied government and public policy at the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.

Paloma's career highlights include working as the Communications Officer for World Bank Group's Solutions for Youth Employment Initiative and serving as Digital Communications Manager for ConnectAmericas.com, the first social network for SMEs in Latin America and the Caribbean, created by Google, DHL, Visa, Alibaba.com and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has also worked as a Visiting Scholar at KU Leuven, advising on data policy, and founded the Grupo de Gobierno Digital.
