Pallavi Pande is the founder and owner of DTOCS, a sustainable tableware brand. She holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University and a BS in Electronic Communications from ICFAI University. Before launching DTOCS, Pallavi worked at Northern Softnet Ltd., Betfair US TVG Network, and as a financial educator at World Financial Group. She has also held several internships, including at Department of Electrical Engineering at The Ohio State University and Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) in Bangalore, India. Pallavi is a former co-host at The Happy Neighborhood Project and social chair at Network of Indian Professionals in Columbus, Ohio.

Pallavi is a proud mother of two daughters, and she is passionate about the environment and giving back to the community. Her mission is to build a sustainable business that makes an impact on both the environment and the community. DTOCS sells tableware made from naturally fallen palm leaves, which are chemical-free, naturally compostable, and aesthetically pleasing. Pallavi's commitment to sustainability has led DTOCS to sell on Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Walmart.com, and her website, dtocs.com.
