She holds a Master's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Arts London and a Diploma in visual design from Srishti School of Art & Design, shaping her expertise over a span of 12 years.

Pallavi's work at Final Mile involves merging human-centered design principles and behavioral sciences to craft and implement comprehensive mixed methods research, co-design workshops, and behavior-change strategies, primarily focusing on public health and international development sectors.

Her projects span crucial topics like mother and child health, nutrition, HIV prevention, and social vulnerability, covering regions across India and Sub Saharan Africa.

Before Final Mile, Pallavi gained experience in diverse sectors such as public education, architecture & real estate, and automobile engineering, specializing in Graphic and UX Design.

Pallavi Manchi's educational background includes a Diploma in Visual Communication Design from Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Graphic Design with Merit from the University of the Arts London.
