Pallav Bhardwaj

Pallav Bhardwaj is a Program Manager at Scania ITS, part of Volkswagen IT Services in India, where he spearheads the development of a strategic alliance with Scania Sweden in joint IT service and deliveries.

His primary focus as a leader is on creating conducive environments for his team members to innovate, adopt new technologies, and collaborate effectively.

With a strong background in Service Delivery, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, and Program Management, Pallav has extensive experience working with renowned organizations like Volkswagen UK, Skoda, Scania, Visa, Uninor/Telenor, MTN, Fundamo, Rootstock, and Nihilent Technologies.

He has led various departments and initiatives, such as the Centre Of Excellence and Technology department for Java & Mobility in Volkswagen IT Services, aimed at driving proof of concepts and minimum viable product development for new products.

Pallav holds an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, along with a BE Hons from IET and education from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
