Palaniswamy "Raj" Rajan is the Chairman & CEO of Softwear Automation, Inc, an Atlanta-based company specializing in developing innovative robots for the apparel manufacturing industry.

He is also the Managing Partner of CTW Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital fund focusing on investing in disruptive innovations and technologies in Atlanta and the Southeastern United States.

Additionally, Raj is the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Virima Technologies, Inc, a prominent Data Center & IT Operations software developer.

He played an instrumental role in establishing the Atlanta CEO Council, a non-profit networking group, and has been honored as a Georgia Trend's "40 Under 40" Rising Star.

Rajan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
