Palak Pathak

Palak Pathak is a highly skilled Staff Engineer with a background in civil engineering and project management. She has experience in cost and scheduling, cash flow forecasting and analysis, and managing project budgets. Palak is a graduate of Auburn University and has held various roles in both private and public sectors. Before joining PSEG as a staff engineer, she worked for PMA Consultants as a project control engineer, Middle Georgia Concrete Constructors as an assistant project manager, Moreland Altobelli Associates as an office engineer, and Archer Western Contractors as a project engineer.

Palak's expertise includes developing and maintaining project schedules, forecasting key project milestones, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. She is familiar with WBSs, invoice review, reporting and analysis, and updating master project schedules. Palak's passion for her work is evident through her ability to efficiently communicate with contractors, managers, and team members in every project she has worked on.
