Pål Skommesvik

Pål Skommesvik is an accomplished professional with a background in Marketing Economics and International Marketing with further education in coaching (NLP, Team, and Executive). He has extensive experience in B2B sales as an Account Manager (AM), Key Account Manager (KAM), and leader within the IT industry, specializing in hunting, farming, solution, and dealer sales, as well as project sales to the public sector.

Currently, Pål works as a Career Advisor, primarily focusing on restructuring and downsizing processes, as well as Outplacement with key players in the business sector. He has collaborated with major companies such as Nortura, TINE, Trio Ving / Ving Card, ICA / Coop, NorgesGruppen, REC, and Norske Skog.
