Technical Reviewer - Solidity Programming Essentials

Polymath is a platform that enables the creation, issuance and trading of financial instruments on the blockchain. It allows participants to easily launch Securities Tokens, in a regulatory-compliant manner.

At Polymath some of my responsibilities included:

- The creation and deployment of the POLY token, an ERC-20 compliant, Ethereum-based token.

- The design and implementation of an airdrop, allocation & distribution contract to send 250 POLY tokens to more than 40k addresses. 

- The creation of a Securities Tokens standard.

- Co-leading the management of our open-source community.

- Development of Polymath's core smart contracts to allow 3rd parties to create their own Securities Tokens through Polymath's Wizard.

During the past 10 years I've invested, mentored, managed and co-founded tens of startups in Latam, US and Europe.

Recently named one of the Argentina's top 20 must-know influencers by Techfoliance Latam.

After many years in management positions, I developed a renewed interest in software development, which has led me to get involved in the development of Ethereum-based Dapps.

Recently, I participated in the expansion plans of SysWorld, a company dedicated to  sending transactional communications with proof of existence over the Bitcoin Blockchain.
During this period, I've also done innovation consulting for local banking institutions and participated as investor in Presence, a VR company.

In 2015 I joined NXTP Labs, the leading tech startup VC and Accelerator in Latam. First, as Portfolio Manager, where I used my product design skills to advice companies in NXTPLabs' portfolio.
Later on, I shifted my focus to Accelerato programs development, where I designed and managed NXTP Labs' Fintech Accelerator Programs.
During those 2 years running the Fintech programs, I developed a huge interest in cryptocurrencies, micro-lending, financial inclusion, payments and insurance.

From 2009 to 2014 I ran InfinixSoft, one of the pioneers in mobile software development in Argentina, having participated in the development of more than 100 mobile apps and games.

My activities included:
- Designing the strategy around the programs we launched.

- Generating partnerships and handling relationships with corporate sponsors.
- Selecting the startups that will participate in our programs.
- Coaching and training founders and key team members.
- Organizing accelerator activities.

I've been making games for almost two decades (and playing them for almost all my life). I started my career in game development as a QA tester at Gameloft while learning programming and 3d. 
My first few "Games" were made with Microsoft's XNA Framework, then I moved on to mobile games when the Apple Store launched. Built a few simple games of my own and a few dozen others for clients which have been long retired; most of them using the now defunct Cocos2d-Objc engine, for which I wrote a book that covered all the engine's features with complete working game examples.

Over the years I've held several different positions around software development, most of them as Director or Manager, being my latest VP of Engineering at Polymath. Even then, my heart has always been around gamedev, coming back to it every now and then, in my spare time and in-between jobs.

I have experience managing 20+ people teams, working alongside other senior team members, company founders and CEOs. In my previous jobs I've dealt with budgeting, hiring, peer reviewing, planning, coordination and overseeing of my department's activities.

Since 2022 I´ve been working on game prototypes made in Unity and I have an excellent grasp on most of the features the engine offers, including:
