Pablo Genevo is the CEO and Co-Founder of GoFasti, a company he established in February 2021 to connect businesses with top talent from Latin America, particularly in the field of remote software engineering. Before founding GoFasti, Genevo had a diverse entrepreneurial background. He co-founded Pablito, a modern shuttle service that catered to employee commutes in the U.S., and Deliverful, a platform designed to expedite the job search and onboarding process for drivers.24 His experience in transportation highlighted the need for innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs, which ultimately inspired him to focus on hiring skilled professionals from Latin America.35

Genevo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from California State University-San Bernardino, as well as an Associate's Degree in International Business from South Plains College.4 Additionally, he has a background as a professional basketball player, having represented both the Luxembourg national team and played at the collegiate level in the U.S..45
