Lift-and-shift of siloed legacy systems to API-First - moving away from point-to-point integrations.   

Reinventing Supply Chain Monitoring Platform - providing customers (internal and external) with critical access to real time, accurate inventory transit lead and shipping times.

Reinventing Order Management System - improving customer purchasing experiences with automated purchase order processing and real time visibility of product availability, price and shipping time.  

Reinventing Data Insights Tool - developing mobile application analytics platform making it easier for product management to discover patters in customer behavior on applications critical for making best iteration decisions to innovate on behalf of our customers.

Group Lead, IoT Engineering & Digital Transformation, Home Comfort North America

I am responsible for North American IoT platform & services, mobile applications and connected product portfolio. I lead a team of software engineers, cloud developers, cloud architects and test engineers focused on connecting new HVAC products & developing mobile application use cases with the data we collect to improve customer experiences with the HVAC equipment in homes, offices and public spaces.

I am responsible for developing partnerships and commercial agreements with OEMs for manufacture and sale of connected devices for commercial and residential business along with designing and executing GTM initiatives for North America.

For eco-conscious Gen Zers who prefer to resell their used goods, VERTO is a secondhand marketplace that facilitates peer-to-peer transactions with thorough user-vetting (need a .edu email to join), flexible delivery options including same-day door to door delivery, and low commission fees; we prioritize Gen Zers' safety, time and comfort!

To date, VERTO has diverted over 38 tons of products (and counting) from landfills saving our Gen Zers time and money all while helping them live more sustainable lives!
