Pramodini Naidu, an experienced and skilled recruitment specialist, has been honing her craft for several years. She has a degree in Bachelor of Arts from Shivaji University and further education from Irwin Christian High School. Her career began as a Senior Counselor at Orchid Infoway Institute in Kolhapur, after which she joined tCognition Inc. as an E - Recruitment Specialist. Quickly climbing up the ranks, she was promoted to Senior E-Recruitment Specialist, followed by her current position as a Team Lead E-Recruitment.

Naidu has vast experience in handling the entire recruitment cycle from resume searching, headhunting, shortlisting candidates to the final interview. She has been involved in recruiting for various positions in both functional and technical fields, including SAP requirements such as FI, CO, PS, and HR, among others. Moreover, she has a particular interest in recruiting CXO level positions, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, Directors, and SAP Project Managers or Program Managers.

Aside from her recruitment prowess, Naidu is skilled in people management as well. She conducts training sessions with team members to enhance their skills, motivational levels, and organizational merging.
