Efforts included directly coordinating 2 tiers of project managers across both IT and business functions. Acquired appropriate resources, led an intervention effort to refocus the project, gained consensus on its direction, laid out a revised project plan, and oversaw the execution the plan to completion of the project.•	Performed a follow-on project to develop an Intranet based project management status reporting system.

ComEd

As a consultant thru Integrated Technology Group, Inc.:•	Facilitated the planning and implementation of a pilot for a 600-site satellite communications roll-out for gas station credit card authorizations (pay-at-the-pump).  The purpose was to convert gas station sites from terrestrial based communications to satellite communications.•	Established and implemented a Project Management Methodology to coordinate technology implementation projects with user organizations.  This project involved the development of Level 1 and Level 2 Project Management Guidelines, business process re-engineering, marketing the effort within the organization, employee training, software training, and overall change management activities.•	Planned and managed a Business Process Re-engineering Project to streamline the New Business Acquisition Process and New Product Development efforts.•	Facilitated a quality improvement project to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s 400 person IT group in order to identify ways they could improve their service levels to the user organization.•	Designed a Company-wide Strategic Goal Mapping Process to identify the critical business goals and then link all projects within the organization to these goals.•	Developed a project prioritization process within the client organization.•	Developed, customized and delivered project management training classes to business and IT audiences.

This role involved building a project based sales and consulting team, pre-sales support, project planning, and proposal development activities.•	Promoted to Director of Consulting and then to Regional Manager in charge of all sales, operations, and delivery of service efforts for the Central Region.  •	Heavily involved with managing teams to perform major implementation efforts around MRPII, Finance/Accounting and Supply Chain systems within client organizations.•	Taught internal classes to consultants company-wide, including: Advanced Management, Power Negotiations, and Project Management.
