Otty Soemitro is a multifaceted individual who is known for being a dad, designer, Star Wars fanatic, and an enthusiast of Hainan Chicken Rice and KFC. He pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising at the University of San Francisco. With a rich professional background, Otty has held key positions in renowned organizations like Google, Meta, Life360, and Smule, Inc. At Google, he served as a Staff Design Manager, contributing significantly to the design landscape. Otty was also involved with the Design Leadership Forum and had an investment role at STRONGBEE. His diverse career includes roles such as Director of Product Design, Principal Product Design, Lead in Native UX Design, and UX Director in various esteemed companies like StubHub and IAC. Prior to these roles, Otty Soemitro honed his skills as a Senior UI Designer and Solution Architect/Project Manager at NEC Corporation of America.
