Ottoline Scriven is an independent digital transformation expert with years of experience in the public sector. She specializes in strategy, operating model design, and transformation in UK government departments, particularly in the justice and law enforcement sectors. With a BA in Classics and English from the University of Oxford and an MPA in International Development from Tsinghua University, Scriven is well-equipped to tackle complex transformations.
