Ott Vatter

Ott Vatter is an accomplished entrepreneur and a former government innovation catalyst who served as the Managing Director at e-Residency by the Republic of Estonia, the pioneering governmental start-up.

His educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Baltic Film and Media School, Foundations of Human-Computer Interaction studies at Tallinn University, a Master's Degree in Crossmedia Production from the Baltic Film and Media School, and studies at Université Lumière (Lyon II) and Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
