Osvaldo Perales is a highly accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's in Administration and Senior Management from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He boasts extensive international experience, having managed production plants in countries such as Korea, The Netherlands, Brazil, and the United States. Osvaldo is a certified executive coach and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Osvaldo has held top executive positions in HARMAN International, Philips, LG Electronics, and Penoles Industries, among others. He has successfully led a 3,000-people manufacturing organization with the responsibility of 100 MUSD facilities and sales of 400 MUSD annually. Osvaldo has demonstrated an exceptional ability to install, start-up, and operate production plants with sustained growth in productivity and rapid recovery of investment.
