Osvaldo Jose Marti is a seasoned educational leader with a strong background in management and teacher development.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Education and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, showcasing his commitment to both educational excellence and leadership.

Osvaldo has held various key positions in renowned educational institutions, including serving as the Head of Lower School at Moses Brown School, the Founding Head of School for Middle School 2 at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy, and the Aspiring Principal at Highlander Charter School.

His experience also includes a pivotal role as the Managing Director of Teacher Leadership Development and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach for America, where he contributed significantly to teacher growth and organizational development.

Before his leadership roles, Osvaldo Jose Marti started his career as a Secondary Math Teacher at The School District of Philadelphia, gaining valuable experience in the classroom.
