Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer my core responsibilities are to acquire new pan-European clients as well as growing existing agency and client business, selling creative digital solutions and brand partnerships, predominantly mobile and video.Key Accountabilities include:* Execute and help evolve the commercial strategy* Drive new and existing advertising and brand partnerships for tier 1 agency and advertiser partners* Exceed annual sales targets through client growth, retention and new business* Develop a strong understanding of the clients’ business and create clear persuasive sales materials* Generate a sustainable pipeline of insertion orders* In collaboration with Ad Ops & Account Management lead campaign management, tracking & optimisation* Work with Ad Solutions to create compelling solutions to agency / client RFPs* Convey client feedback to the 90Min sales / editorial / product team* Be a thought leader in the areas of mobile and digital video advertising, citizen journalism, influencer marketing and brand partnerships* Hit or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets

I am responsible for strategy, future direction and delivery of revenue for both the agency and client direct revenue streams for these verticals; I am responsible for delivering the budget, ensuring that we are maximising revenue and delivering on all other business metrics i.e. yield, share, profitability and delivery of growth across all key and relevant Segmentation clients.I must exhibit the ability inspire my own team, and their clients on a daily basis. To understand where our brands and properties fit into the wider media mix, to be conversant and cognisant of the mechanics of advertising and media, in order to grow the business and share of advertising spend.
