Oskar Serrander is a Swedish-American Chief Operating Officer, investor, and advisor with a passion for technology and building businesses. He started his career working on a Swedish student radio and studied Sergeant at the Swedish Armed Forces, as well as, earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University. Serrander gained his experience and knowledge from working in various companies such as Quixey, Carat, and Spotify, where he made deals, built teams, and launched new markets, including the largest one, the USA. Currently, Serrander is the COO of Acast, where he takes the company's strategy into execution by handling business operations, sales, BD, and marketing across 14 markets with over 400 employees. Serrander is also a mentor at Techstars since 2019, an investor at Voicy, SHERPR, and DigiExam AB. In Serrander's free time, he is a proud husband and father of two, struggling minimalist, work-in-progress meditator, mixed martial artist, skier, mountain biker, and outdoors enthusiast. Serrander is always eager to connect with good humans and invests in entrepreneurs when he can't resist the opportunity.
