Business Development Associate

- Guide applicants through the application process for the New York Program either face to face, via email and over the phone. 
- Assess the eligibility of applicants based on work experience, and invite them to interview.  
- Responsible for coordinating interviews and interviewing potential candidates face to face. 
- Admit successful candidates on to the Program. 
- Liaise between the New York office and candidates to set up interviews between candidates and host organisations. 
- Interacting with candidates to guide them through the visa acquisition process. 
- Direct line manager to 2 other members on the admissions team.
- Interacting with potential applicants to encourage them to apply, being socially sensitive to signals so to recruit more effectively.
- Attending graduate fairs to meet potential applicants, and encourage them to apply.
- Maintaining the New York Program database to ensure information accuracy. 
- Analysing data patterns to report to my superiors on applicant/candidate statistics.
- Selected by management to be part of an admissions Task Force to boost application numbers.
- Cold Approach companies to secure new placements, and create new and lasting relationships.
- Maintain relationships with current companies to renew placement deals. 
- Saw an increase in application numbers by over 100% while managing admissions.

Mountbatten Program

Admissions Manager

As Admissions and Program Coordinator, my role is extremely varied. On a day to day basis I supply administrative support in both the London and New York offices enhancing the cohesion of two of the three locations of the Program. 

As applicants are the focus of the goal that the Mountbatten Program strives to achieve, I personally locate potential applicants via LinkedIn and social media, or networking at events, then nurture these applicants through the application process. 

In addition to these roles, as the Program is growing and ever changing, I also assist in growing the number of host organisations in London, through arranging client meetings and preparing pitches to potential host organisations.
