Oscar Corpancho, CESGA

Oscar Corpancho is a seasoned corporate executive with a strong background in investment portfolio management, asset and liability management, company valuation, and private project evaluation and structuring. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from Cornell University, with a focus on capital markets and corporate finance, as well as a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Lima, where he was in the top third of his class.

Over the course of his career, Corpancho has held various high-level positions, such as Head of Equities and Portfolio Manager at Prima AFP, where he managed investment portfolios, and Deputy Head of Fixed Income and FX as well as Head of ALM and Portfolio Manager at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, where he was responsible for credit, foreign exchange, and securities trading, among other tasks. Prior to that, he was an Asset Management Associate at Deutsche Bank, a Senior Investment Analyst, and an Investment Analyst at Rimac Seguros.

Throughout his vast experience, Corpancho has leveraged his strategic focus, systematic approach and goal-oriented mindset to achieve success in both local and international settings. He is currently a CFA Level III Candidate and a CAIA Level II - Candidate in Alternative Investments.
