Oscar Bustos is a Frontend Developer and UI/UX Specialist with extensive experience in creating clean and elegant websites and user-friendly applications. Furthermore, he studied at prestigious institutions like Stanford University to widen his knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science: Software Engineering; and became certified in Project Management by various schools such as Smar Mind, MAFOREM, and FEMXA. He also pursued Advertising and Public relations studies at ESIC: Business & Marketing School.
He is currently the Head Of Frontend Developer And Visual Designer Of Global Operations Development at BTS, a role he acquired after working as the Head of Fronend Development at Axel Springer España and as a Frontend Developer at Vocento newspapers. Oscar also served as an Art Director and UI/UX Designer at Wntc and as a Project Manager and UI/UX Designer at Mediter Tecnoconsulting. Furthermore, Oscar was formerly an Associate Professor at U-Tad, where he mentored students in the major areas associated with the value chain of the digital economy, such as Digital Business, Engineering, and Art & Design.
Oscar's work philosophy is kaizen, which he applies to his development practices to ensure his clients receive the most efficient and high-quality work.
