Orit Manham

Orit Manham is a proactive and high-energy problem solver with a background in commercial real estate and construction management. She holds a Master of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate from the New York University and a Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is currently studying for a Property and Casualty Insurance License at Kaplan Financial Education.

Orit has several years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, fundraising, and project management. She has worked in various senior management positions, including Sales Executive at Zenus Biometrics, Founder at Align AI Ethics, Asset Manager at Blue Whale Enterprises, LLC, Senior Marketing Manager and APM at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, Real Estate Manager at State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Marketing and Investor Relations Manager at Fortress Asset Managers.

One of Orit's specialties is utilizing her expansive network of CRE and CM contacts nationwide and globally to build her book of business. She is skilled in leading teams constructively, sharing responsibilities and experiences among various stakeholders to solve problems quickly and effectively for her clients. She is proficient in business development, marketing, sales, project management, networking, budgeting, brand development and management, and data analytics.
