ORI also served as a QA Team Leader for the National Insurance Institute, managing test scripts in CRM and HR systems, executing QA strategies, and producing professional documents.

ORI obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA in Executive studies from Ben-Gurion University.
